| About us: We have always loved and dealt with the working group of dogs, such as the American Pit bull Terrier, American Bulldog, and Rottweiler. In Dayton, Ohio it has become more difficult to own these breeds due their stereotypes. They have become stereotyped because groups of people only wanted to use them for illegal intentions like biting out of turn, meaning biting for no reason, and dog fighting. So, our thinking was to find a rare breed of dog that was up and coming and without a bad reputation. I studied about a few dogs and then was introduced to the Perro De Presa Canario. I found myself extremely excited about learning more about this breed. The more I learned, the more I leaned towards the breed and it's working ability, temperament, and loyalty. My family is also into weight pulling with dogs, so I figured with the Presa Canario's powerful drive and working ability we could excel in the sport. It's going to take time and hard work in preparing a quality line of dogs, but with determination we can strive to have the best of the best dogs and help improve the Presa Canario.
